Job Description

    Sales Officer FMCG SalesExperience: 1 to 5 YearsLocation:RajkotQualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred)We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Officer to drive primary and secondary sales, expand market coverage, and strengthen distributor and retailer relationships in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities
    • Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
    • Ensure effective market coverage and outlet expansion.
    • Manage distributor operations and maintain stock availability.
    • Execute trade schemes and improve product visibility.
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
    • Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies.
    • Submit daily sales and market reports.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • 1 to 5 years of FMCG sales experience.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Good understanding of distributor and retail channel operations.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and DMS.
    • Willingness to travel extensively.
