The role involves supervising junior accountants, preparing financial statements, managing audits, and supporting strategic financial planning.---Key Responsibilities:* Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and regulatory guidelines.* Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.* Monitor and analyze accounting data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.* Manage payroll processing and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, GST, etc.).* Develop and implement accounting policies, systems, and procedures.* Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support to management.* Mentor and guide junior accountants and accounting staff.* Assist in cost control, financial planning, and decision-making processes.---Key Skills & Competencies:* Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.* Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, , QuickBooks, or ERP systems).* Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.* Analytical thinking and attention to detail.* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.---Qualifications & Experience* Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.* Minimum **58 years of relevant accounting experience** with at least 2 years in a senior role.---
