We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer specialized in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our team as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle development, leading technical teams, and managing complex web applications. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire development process, ensuring technical quality, and mentoring junior developers, while actively participating in design, architecture, and coding tasks.Key Responsibilities: Lead the Development Team: Manage and mentor a team of developers, driving collaboration and ensuring the team meets project timelines and goals. Full-Cycle Project Ownership: Handle the entire lifecycle of development, from initial requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack. Hands-on Development: Actively participate in coding and reviewing code for high-quality software development, utilizing the latest industry standards. Frontend & Backend Expertise: Ensure smooth integration between the frontend and backend while handling complex data structures and API development Animations & UI/UX: Implement fluid, responsive animations and interactive elements, enhancing user experience across all devices. Design Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and utilize Figma to bring visual designs to life and ensure consistent UI/UX. API Development & Testing: Use Postman to design, test, and document APIs, ensuring they meet all project requirements. Technical Leadership: Guide best practices in coding, DevOps, and agile methodologies, while implementing industry-standard development workflows such as CI/CD, version control (Git), and test automation. Server Management: Oversee server-side architecture and maintenance, including server setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal performance and security. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements at both the front-end and back-end levels. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions. Security & Scalability: Implement robust security measures and scalable infrastructure to support large-scale applications. Problem Solving: Tackle complex development challenges related to architecture, integration, performance, and scaling.Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field. 5 years of full-stack development experience with significant expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Proven leadership experience, including managing teams, conducting code reviews, and guiding technical direction. Strong knowledge of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Redux, and responsive design. Expertise in backend technologies, including Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and working with databases like MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, Python, Flask. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps best practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and familiarity with project management tools. Version control expertise using Git and GitHub/GitLab. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder management. Experience in performance optimization, security best practices, and scalable web applications.,
