We value passion, courage, and original thinking, and encourage our employees to contribute their ideas and make a difference.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time for an Service Engineer in the Gujarat, Rajkot. responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our products and systems. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, as well as providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain equipment and systems at customer sites. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both on-site and remotely. Provide technical support and training to customers. Document all service activities, including maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions. Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to improve product reliability. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Travel to customer locations as needed for service calls.Qualifications and Requirements Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field) or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role. Strong technical knowledge of the products and systems relevant to the role. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites. Valid drivers license.Working Conditions Ability to work in various environments, including customer sites, which may involve exposure to different weather conditions.
