We are eco-friendly and handle export procedures with ease, supplying products to over 26 countries worldwide and catering to high-value clients in the tire and rubber products industry.Role Description:We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager for our on-site location in Rajkot.Essential duties for this role include:
    1. Overseeing marketing operations and developing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
    2. Campaign Development and Execution:Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches in National & International markets.
    3. Digital Marketing and Online Presence: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic and leads in international markets.Manage international websites, social media platforms, and other digital marketing platforms.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing team, Logistic team & Finance, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    5. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills.
    Desired Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
    • Experience with online and offline marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, events, etc.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success, preferably in a Polymer / Rubber / Reclaim manufacturing industry
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to analyze market trends, develop marketing strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness
    • Strong teamwork, analytic, and project management skills with clear focus on deadlines
    • Should have a good understanding of digital marketing platforms like Google analytics, AdWords, Facebook ads, Instagram ads etc.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
