Job Description

    Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of field sales executives. Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and assist in personal development. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute field sales strategies to meet sales targets and KPIs. Ensure optimal coverage and sales penetration in assigned territories. Collaborate with the sales manager to set individual and team targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects. Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction. Regularly gather market and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches. Reporting & Analysis: Track sales activities, manage sales pipelines, and prepare regular sales reports. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide forecasts and insight on sales performance and territory development. Market & Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of market trends, competition, and product developments. Educate the sales team about new products, services, and promotional activities. Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional networks. Field Operations: Conduct field visits to support the team in closing sales deals. Ensure that the team follows company policies and sales processes.
