Job Description

    Job Opportunity: For Leading Manufacturing Company.Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (India)Company: Manufacturing (Forging Industry/Casting Industry/Mechanical Engineering/Auto Parts Manufacturing Experience Highly Required)Position: GM FoundryRoles and ResponsibilitiesThe candidate must have relevant experience with regard to Green Sand-Casting products.Candidate must have proven track record of Growth within a new division environment.Create and execute plans, strategies, measures to achieve production target with cost effective.Have a clear understanding of Foundry Operations.To draw up monthly, weekly, daily production schedule as per customers requirementTo ensure target production on daily basisTo expedite delivery of items based on completion of production schedule.To ensure observance of quality standards of material procured and produced.To keep the cost of production as per target.To monitor the production process and re-schedule, whenever required.To maintain good production output with rejection controls and maintain quality.To establish and implement quality standards in co-ordination with Quality AssuranceTo document and implement standard operating procedure for all processes in the departmentTo take measures to decrease the operating cost.To formulate and implement strategy to minimise downtime due to various factors.To minimise production lead timeMonitor plant maintenance to ensure machine utilization in co-ordination with Head, Plant MaintenanceTo ensure timely execution of projects along with the Head, Plant maintenanceTo ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed within the factory.To help develop subordinates by using various tools like performance management system, training and development activities, small group activities et al in co-ordination with head, HR.To develop proper reporting and information flow system within the departmentFeasibility study, estimating costs and setting the quality standards for new product.Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum Experience 22 YearsExcellent communication skills in Hindi, English & Gujarati (Preferred).At least 5 years of experience as General Manager / VP.Well versed with all latest Technologies of green sand-casting foundry.Knowledge and experience of Lost Foam Casting will be an added advantage.Age Limit Not more than 52 YearsEducationUG:B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, MetallurgyPG:M.Tech in Production/Industrial, Mechanical, MetallurgySalary Range50 Lac to 60 Lac plus BonusInterested Candidates please share updated resume on hidden_emailMo/Whatsapp- 70hidden_mobile3/hidden_mobilePlease share with your Friends & other groupThanks & Regards,Steerway Business Consultantswww.steerway.inNote: Please share with your groups and contacts so someone may benefit.
