Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Zoho Implementor with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing Zoho applications to meet business needs. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation, integration, and automation of Zoho solutions, improving overall efficiency and productivity.Key Responsibilities Implement and customize Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, etc.) based on business requirements. Automate business workflows using Zoho Flow. Configure reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Provide user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for Zoho applications. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create documents such as BRD (Business Requirement Document) / SRS (Software Requirement Specification), and deliver well-optimized solutions. Stay updated with Zohos latest features, updates, and best practices.Qualifications 2 years of experience in Zoho implementation, customization, and administration. Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Flow, or Zoho Analytics. Strong knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting and workflow automation. Experience in API integration and working with third-party tools. Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, or Python is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and client-handling skills.Preferred Qualifications Zoho Certification in CRM, Creator, or other Zoho applications. Experience in business process automation and system optimization.
