Job Description

    City Sales Manager - Customer AcquisitionResponsibilities:1. Customer Acquisition Strategy: - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for customer acquisition in the assigned city. - Identify and target key customer segments to drive revenue growth. - Implement effective sales techniques to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.2. Revenue Generation: - Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new revenue opportunities. - Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies for maximum revenue impact.3. Team Handling: - Lead and manage a dynamic sales team to ensure successful customer acquisition. - Provide coaching and mentorship to the team to enhance performance and meet objectives. - Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.4. Performance Monitoring: - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the team. - Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary. - Implement performance improvement plans to drive continuous growth.5. Market Research: - Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Utilize market insights to refine customer acquisition and revenue generation strategies.6.
