Job Description 1. Facilities and housekeeping management. 2. Asset and Inventory management. 3. Coordination of placing of POs to the concerned vendor for admin stock/work. 4. Coordination with down line admin staff to distribute the admin stock to all locations in time to time. 5. Coordination of sorting/segregating old bags for re-usage and this has reduced the usage of new bags by 75%. 6. Disposal of Scarps. 7. Fleet/cab management for staff and guests. 8. Vendor evaluation. 9. Coordination with Gen sets vendor and providing its fuel and records. 10. Validation of all admin related bills and its submission to the accounts. 11. Coordination with DMG shipments records and sales. 12. Fulfil all the day to day administrative requirements like water, electricity, stationery etc. 13. Provide provision of printing and stationery as per requirement of different functions. 14. Coordination with vendor for repair and maintenance. 15. Liasoning with concerned administrative authorities for office related work. 16. Handle and support in resolving administrative complaints. Required Candidate profile Strong written and verbal communication ability. The ability to collaborate and build consensus across departments and functions. Strong leadership, negotiation and persuasion ability.
