Qualifications & Experience:

1 to 5 years experience of working in agency sales

Responsibilities:

Recruitment of Advisors & Leaders
Identify and analyze opportunities for product pitch and/or services in support of business goals
Monitor advisors overall effectiveness throughout the sales process
Coach advisors on specific sales techniques, towards improving their effectivity and efficiency
Drive and enable technology adoption amongst advisors
Oversee sales management activity amongst advisors and escalate to Territory Director in case of challenges
