Job Description

    Preferred Candidate Profile
    • MBA (HR) from a recognized institute.
    • 3 to 5 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
    • Prior experience in Manufacturing, Cement, Building Materials, Steel, or similar industries preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities simultaneously.
    • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
    Required Skills
    • Strong knowledge of HR Operations and HR Administration.
    • Experience in attendance management and payroll coordination.
    • Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS systems.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
    • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRMIS data.
    • Handle attendance, leave management, and shift-related HR activities.
    • Coordinate payroll inputs and support monthly salary processing.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
    • Assist in employee grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
    • Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
    • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
    • Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
    • Manage exit formalities, full & final settlements, and documentation.
    • Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents
