Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations for our mutual fund and insurance (Health and Life) distribution business. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring sales and service personnel, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining a smooth HR workflow.Key Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
      • Identify, recruit, and onboard sales and service professionals for mutual fund and insurance distribution.
      • Develop job descriptions, source candidates, and conduct interviews.
      • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
    • Employee Onboarding & Training:
      • Conduct orientation programs for new hires.
      • Organize training sessions to enhance employee skills and industry knowledge.
    • HR Compliance & Documentation:
      • Maintain employee records, contracts, and payroll data.
      • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
      • Handle HR policies and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
    • Performance Management & Employee Engagement:
      • Track employee performance and coordinate appraisals.
      • Develop employee retention strategies and resolve grievances.
      • Foster a positive work environment to boost productivity.
    • Payroll & Attendance Management:
      • Oversee salary processing, incentives, and reimbursement claims.
      • Manage attendance, leaves, and other HR records.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
    • Experience: 2-5 years in HR, preferably in financial services or sales-driven organizations.
    • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of hiring challenges in mutual fund and insurance distribution.
    • Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), HRMS tools, and recruitment portals.
    • Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    Preferred Candidate Profile:
    • Prior experience in financial services recruitment.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
    • Proactive and people-oriented approach.
