    Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive Experience:1 - 5 years Employment Type: Fulltime Location: [Ranchi, JK, India]About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong relationship building skills, and a passion for helping clients secure the right insurance solutions. Person already working in a banking insurance sector and selling insurance to through the banca channels.Key Responsibilities
    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, general, etc.)
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
    • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements
    Requirements
    • 1 - 5 years of experience in insurance sales or related field
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Goal oriented with the ability to work independently
    • Knowledge of insurance products and compliance guidelines
    • Bachelors degree preferred
