Ensuring renewal data reaching to all business concern. MOM NOP target achievement with positive growth minimum 5% in all LOB and 7% in Focus LOB compare to last year. Coordination and follow-up with marketing channel, OPS, IT. Follow-up on not renewed data with IMD. Renewal Lost analysis with proper reasons/summary/case wise weekly update to HO/RRM and vertical heads. Coordination with underwriter for protect profitable renewal. Ensure of each and every lost renewal and reason entry in RTM. Ensuring bank queries/issues related to renewals are resolved from Marketing/IMDs. Perform in all HO drive activities/campaign.,
