Act 1956.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Research Fellow at BIT Mesra, Ranchi. The Junior Research Fellow will be responsible for conducting research, supporting senior researchers and faculty, and assisting with administrative tasks related to research projects.Qualifications Strong research skills and background, including experience in data collection and analysis Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficient in relevant computer applications. and software related to research and analysis Masters degree in a relevant field such as biotechnology or Engineering Experience with scientific writing, grant writing, and project management is a plus Prior experience in a research environment, either through internships or part-time work, is preferred,
