Job Description

    Job Title: MIS EXECUTIVE Sigma Supply Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd.Location: Ranchi, JharkhandSalary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month (in-hand)Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or a maximum of 15 days notice periodAbout Us:Sigma Supply Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading logistics and supply chain management company, offering end-to-end solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive MIS to join our team in JharkhandJob Responsibilities:Coordinate daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.Liaise with transport vendors, drivers, and warehouse teams to manage logistics flow.Track and report on vehicle performance, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules.Manage documentation related to transport (e.g., delivery receipts, invoices, etc.).Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, minimizing downtime and delays.Optimize routes for fuel efficiency and cost savings while maintaining on-time delivery standards.Handle issues related to transport delays, vehicle breakdowns, and emergencies.Maintain communication with clients to keep them informed on delivery status.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standardsQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in transport coordination, logistics, or a similar role. Good understanding of transportation regulations and logistics management. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. Ability to resolve issues under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of transport management software.
