Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive business growth in mutual fund and insurance (health & life) distribution. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, a client-focused approach, and a good understanding of financial products.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:Identify and acquire new clients for mutual funds and insurance products.Sales & Business Development:Promote and sell mutual fund schemes and insurance policies (health & life).Cross-sell financial products to maximize client value.Financial Planning & Advisory:Educate clients on investment and insurance options.Assess clients financial goals and suggest suitable products.Stay updated with SEBI, IRDAI, and AMFI regulations.Market Awareness & Lead Generation:Required Skills & Qualifications:Educational Qualification: Graduate (Finance, Commerce, or relevant field preferred).Experience: 1-3 years in financial sales (Mutual Funds, Insurance, or BFSI sector preferred).Certifications: NISM (Mutual Fund Distributor) & IRDAI certification preferred or willingness to obtain.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to convince and close deals effectively.Preferred Candidate Profile:Prior experience in mutual fund and insurance sales.Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Salary & Benefits:Competitive fixed salary with attractive incentives.Performance-based growth opportunities.
