Job Description

    Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and corporate organizations to encourage referrals. Conduct presentations and meetings to inform potential referrers about our services and specialties. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that drive referral traffic. Monitor and analyze referral trends and metrics to identify opportunities for growth. Manage and resolve any issues related to referrals in a timely and professional manner. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance against targets. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must Have Two Wheeler Bike with Valid Licence .
