  • To enhance customer satisfaction by periodic visits to customer sites.
  • To manage spare parts administration in respective Area.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting at customer site if unable to handle by other team.
  • To coordinate with Head Office and other functional teams for planning and coordination.
  • To be responsible for escalated complaints related to Sterilizers & Anaesthesia, Oxygen generating systems, Syringe pump, Multipara Monitor Products.
  • Responsible to achieve respective Area targets with respect to mentioned Products
  • Mentoring and training on new changes.
  • Follow up with Head office for achieving AMC business.
  • MIS Report maintenance of all respective Area -installation report, Regulatory records, Preventive maintenance copies.
  • Education -B. Tech Electrical Engineer
