Job Description

    We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee project execution and on-site operations at our location in Chhattisgarh. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while upholding the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction or infrastructure project management and demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, timelines, and safety standards.Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and labor teams to manage resources and maintain smooth workflow.Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to minimize delays.Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project management team.Ensure all equipment and materials are used efficiently and maintained in good condition.Facilitate communication between site teams and the corporate office for updates and requirements.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.3-8 years of experience in site management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and regulatory requirements.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Familiarity with project management software and MS Office Suite.Strong communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule: Day shiftExperience: total work: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person,
