URGENT HIRING:JOB ROLE: SMART PHONE ASSEMBLY TECHNICIANLOCATION : THAKURGAONREQUIREMENTS: Electronics BE / B. Tech / ITI / Diploma TOT CERTIFICATION IS A MUST Excellent ability to read, evaluate, and comprehend general layout drawings Ability to keep correct flow cards, assembly status, and inspection records Amazing skills in selecting parts and materials for required applications Testing and verifying printed circuit structures is a skill.Roles and Responsibilities Assemble products in a complicated and advanced manner according to set standards and instructions. Using testing devices, perform high-precision calibration and advanced modifications. Interact with customers directly in order to meet their expectations and product standards. To enhance the manufacturing of high-quality products, develop assembly and testing procedures. Monitor the operation of all equipment and notify the supervisor of any problems or unsatisfactory conditions. Assemble the equipment in accordance with the engineering drawings. Clean all parts according to the approved cleaning procedures. Cleaning and lubrication are examples of pre-assembly tasks. Perform product and performance testing and keep track of the results. To ensure high-quality products, do final tests and modifications for any flaws. As needed, perform installation, repair, inspection, reassembly, replacement, refitting, and adjusting of items. Receiving, unloading, unpacking, and transferring items to various workstations are all part of the job.
