Monitoring and Evaluation i. Develop a monitoring and evaluation framework for all the schemes/programs, including Tejaswini Project, being implemented by JWDS. ii. Support JWDS in data collation and synthesis, preparation of periodic monitoring reports, program implementation plans, developing program MIS and support in standardizing monitoring and evaluation procedures. iii. Monitor the beneficiary selection, enrolment, case management, payments as well as any grievances or appeals related with Tejaswini Project. iv. Provide technical advice and support in the design and delivery of monitoring and evaluation initiatives to ensure rigorous methodologies are applied to achieve the program objectives v. Process and impact evaluations through experimental or high-quality quasi-experimental research design in accordance with the Project implementation. vi. Identify the areas thatrequire remedial measures and course correction as a result of impact/process evaluations, and support execution/inform about the related necessary change/s in the Project design. vii. Conduct rapid district-level assessments and/or surveys to evaluate the satisfaction level of Project beneficiaries, their family and community with the programming implemented on periodic basis. viii. Analyse, document and make presentations on the progress, impact, challenges and actions taken during the Project implementation. Management Information System ix. Support design, development and operation of an automated Program Management Information System (MIS) for DWCDSS funded under Tejaswini Project. x. Support developing an interface with the Management Information Systems being built/ operated by other line departments to facilitate central review of beneficiary information. xi. Develop plans (along with budgets) to deploy IT interventions and lead their implementation, if approved, for streamlining the program operations at the grassroots level. xii. Support Project activities related with the procurement of IT equipment/s. xiii. Identify opportunities for improvement of the work efficiency and/or reduction of monotonous activities through the use of IT interventions. ,
