Job Description

Functional Roles Responsibility

  • Achieving Sales Figure of his territory .
  • Forecast on monthly basis.
  • Set the Goal and Execute accordingly .
  • Establish distribution network .
  • Strengthen marketing team
  • Co-ordinate with team for market development/promotional activities .
  • Collect Detail Market information and Competitor information
  • Collaborate with PDS staff.
  • Recommend/ implement sales promotional tools.
  • Regular update of market trend .
  • Inventory management with respective distributors .
  • Complaint handling

Administrative Roles Responsibility

  • Day to day monitoring of respective sales team .
  • Timely submission of attendance .
  • Follow -up of team

Financial Roles Responsibility

  • Timely collection of outstanding .
  • Submission of promotional/ team travelling Expenses on time

Other Roles Responsibility, if any

  • Provide Training and guidance to subordinates

Education Qualification:

  • B.sc /M.sc (Agri)

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Agri input.
