  • Major work will be agency business development.
  • Getting new business, generating leads.
  • Team member roll, Team handling roll.
  • Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents.
  • Monitoring agency performance, training, guiding them to achieve their performance.
  • Guiding and supporting the agents to clear the exams.
  • Relation building and servicing new agents.
  • Co-ordination with the company, superiors & agents to ensure all support is timely provided.
  • Tracking and recording performances.
  • Retention of Agents and Advisors by formulating their development plans.
