• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of work experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience writing code in Kotlin or Java.
• Experience in computer science, data structures, algorithms and software design.
• Experience with mobile application development or Android framework development.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Java, Kotlin, Android application development, building innovative user interfaces, and testing frameworks.
• Experience in people management within a technical environment.
• Knowledge of Android or Web Kit.

• Provide technical leadership to a team of 5-6 software engineers.
• Direct capable of both analyzing technical problems and contributing to their resolution through design and code.
• Clear communication skills, including experience collaborating with inter-country stakeholders.
• Manage and deliver projects against fixed deadlines.
