Graduate in any discipline.2. MBA from a good institute may be preferred.Exprience:Candidate with 06 to 15 years of experience in mainstream FMCG Industry. Ideally having worked in fast growing FMCG companies, and has gone through the evolution and development of sales, distribution and market support systems to deliver rapid growth. Candidate should have a rich Sales & distribution expansion background and should have worked extensively in Distribution development and Sales growth that delivered exponential growth for the organization.In addition, the candidate should possess excellent Leadership skills, analytical skills, innovative problem solving skills and sharp execution competence. The candidate must have lead a team of Sales Officers & Sales Representatives in the FMCG Industry.

  • Responsible for Distribution Development, Sales Growth to deliver rapid market share enhancement and volume growth in his Area.
  • Reporting directly to Regional Sales Manager of his State/Zone & will lead a team of 4 to 5 Sales officers and approx. 20 Sales representatives in his state.
  • Build team and motivate them for high performance
