The Job responsibilities would be: To tour and generate sales/service in your assigned areas. Providing relevant information to the technical queries raised by meeting doctors, audiologists, Hospitals etc while promoting medical equipment. To promote the products of the company to specific Doctors/Hospitals / Medical Colleges in the given territory To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor product pitch according to their specifications. Effectively communicating the concepts of all products on promotion Conducting CMEs and group meetings as agreed. Develop KOLs on the basis of business and clinical interests Effectively utilizing the selling skills to generate products demand amongst the customers Focusing on updating ones knowledge and skills. Service and satisfy the existing customers for creating good reference points Ensure all behaviors are exhibited in the lines of Companys vision, mission and values. Effectively executing the plan agreed with Sales Manager and giving regular feedback regarding the same Achievement of Sales as well as Activity Targets Achieving sales target assigned to your territory Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
