Key Skills : Good comm skills , pleasing personality Description : Job Responsibilities :- Quality checking of raw materials and finished goods. -Microbiological Analysis of spices for various bacteriological parameters as per international standards. -Validation and standardization of test methods and new analytical instruments. - Participating in the corporate analytical check programme conducted by the McCormick Ingredients, USA and Lab M UK. -As a member of the corrective and preventive action committee, actively participate in decision making and implementation. - Implemented ISO 17025 standards in QAQC Lab and achieved ISO 17025 Accreditation by NABL. Participated in the implementation of ISO 9000: 2001 (By KPMG, USA) and HACCP certification process by the AIB, USA. -ConductingHACCP, Food safety, GLP and GMP internal audits. -Customer complaint processing and analysis. -Documentation. Skill Required :- - Good comm skills -Pleasing personality -M.Sc, minimum 3-5 years experienced in Food testing (Chemical and Instrumentation), in any NABL accredited Lab -Qualified by FSSAI shall be extra advantage ,
