Job Description

05 CNC Operators for A Lighting Factory In Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  • Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings.
  • Programs mills & lathes by entering instructions, including zero & reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, & conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, & trigonometry; proving part programs.
  • Sets-up mills & lathes by installing & adjusting three- & four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, & stock pushers; indicating vices; trimming heads.
  • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturers instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
  • Prepare & operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
  • Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
  • Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
  • Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks & make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
  • Check & maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
Candidate Profile :
  • must have 5-10 years of experience as a CNC operator.
  • Skill in operating CNC machinery & tooling as well as precision measurement tools
  • Ability to read & interpret mechanical documents & drawings
  • Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming & CAD/CAM
  • A keen eye for detail & results-driven approach
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • certificate or diploma in engineering.
