Job Description

05 Senior Motor Winders for Madinah Saudi

  • To assume the responsibility to carry out all the activities associated with low voltage electric motor rewinding.
  • Preliminary test & diagnose to determine condition of equipment electrically, mechanically & dimensionally & the probable cause of failure & malfunction
  • Dismantle & strip down in proper sequence & is necessary prepare sketches & / or drawings & notes to assure proper sequence of re-assembly, electrical connections etc
  • Clean slots, check for damaged punching & repair or restack if required
  • Starts machine & manually feeds wire over coil core or spreader to obtain even & uniform winding & shape of coil.
  • May test coils for winding continuity.
  • May wind heavy ribbon, strap, or round wire over fixture to form coil & be designated Coil Former, Template; Coil Winder, Open Slot; Coil Winder, Strap.
Candidate Profile
  • Education: no bar.
  • Must have sufficient experience in the rewinding of electric motors & generators.
  • Should have a thorough knowledge of the theory, construction.
  • Must have at least 10 years experience is winding/rewinding.
  • Must have ECNR passport.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team as applicable.
