Job Description

Bakery Supervisor

  • Responsibilities P&L to include setting yearly budgets for sales and operating expenses for 50 bakeries.
  • Implementation and execution of all company operating procedures, developed and implemented Mexican pastry and tortilla programs, develop and train new bakery managers.
  • Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising of new and existing products
  • Worked with the Bakery Marketing department on the development and implementation of all new products and programs, operating procedures, and the design and layout of all current and future bakeries.

  • Ensured compliance to all Federal, Local and state sanitation standards in maintain a bakery.
