Adhesives etc) to the appropriate work stations, on time.Responsible to insure safe return of the left over raw materials and consumables.Responsible to achieve target production quantity as per job orders issued.Responsible to achieve target machine utilization and efficiency.Responsible to achieve the target quality of the output as per customer agreed specification byProcess verificationShade, dimension verification, specs verification.Routine inspectionResponsible to insure all start-up and make-ready process are in-line with the best achieved standards.Responsible to insure the optimal process wastage as per the best achieved standards.Responsible to insure smooth transition from one to another shift without any stoppage.Responsible for the timely report of any break down or maintenance requirement to the maintenance team and insure to have the task completed within a shortest possible time span.Responsible to actively participate in routine GMP activities.Daily reporting the overall equipment efficiency (OEE) to the production manager & General Manager.Active member of internal audit team.Sub duties:Key Performance IndicatorsJob Nature & Hazards (H-L-M)JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation:Diploma in either or Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Plastic Engineering.Experience:Minimum of 5 to 8 yrs of hands on shop floor experience in a similar manufacturing industry with at least 2 years of supervision experience.Familiar with flexible packaging raw materials and their corresponding usage.Experience in Logistics / Warehousing and Material Handling system is a plus.Experience in quality control is a plus.Experience to be a part in previous machine installation / commissioning will be a plus.Professional certification:In Supply Chain Management is preferred, but not a must.Training:As per the recommendation from line managerProfessional competencies:Familiar with all units and conversions for flexible packaging.Conversant with ERP system.Familiarity with Production Planning and Material Handling.Excellent analytical abilitiesProficient in MS office applicationsPhysical requirements:Personality type:Should have a strong personality and behavioral consistency.Leadership skillTeam player.Interested Candidates can forward their CV tohr@badrtravel.com
