Job Description

QC Inspectors for Welding for the biggest MNC (Heavy Steel Structures, Transmission Line Towers (TLT) & Galvanizing DIVN) Saudi ArabiaVisas Ready! Quick Flights!!Responsible for monitoring the welding activities to ensure the materials are welded according to drawings requirement & meet with the welding specifications, (WPS) Welding Procedure.Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor, check the electrodes temperature in main oven.
  2. Monitor, check the welding activities during welding process.
  3. Review & sign the welding report after finalize welding inspection.
  4. Issue inspection report, Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for any welding defect.
  5. Follow up the welding parameter (V, A & travel speed according to WPS)
  6. Control the weld leg & identify the welding defects.
  7. Follows all HSE policies & procedures.
Candidate Profile: ITI/Diploma, 2 Yrs Exp in welding inspection & Trained in Visual Inspection Test Activities (Certified Welding Inspector, certified by CSWIP) or Engineering Degree with 1 year experience.Excellent Salaries, 8 Hours Duty + 2 Hours Compulsory Overtime + Food + Accommodation & Medical, Insurance, Local Transportation & all other terms & conditions as per Saudi Labour Law.This Vacancy is for Indian Male Citizens only, Indian Passport Holders with ECNR.
