Job Description

QC Supervisors for Painting for the biggest MNC (Heavy Steel Structures, Transmission Line Towers (TLT) & Galvanizing DIVN) Saudi ArabiaVisas Ready! Quick Flights !!Responsible for the daily functions & operations of the QC inspectors in process of inspection activities during (blasting & painting) of steel structures, to ensure the painted materials and workmanship meet client specification, applicable industry codes and painting supplier data sheet through active interface with all painters to identify and troubleshootmaterial or workmanship issues and maintain records.Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor blasting and painting activities to ensure high quality & conformance to client
specifications.
  • Supervises the inspection in process (blasting & painting of steel structures) with QC
painting inspectors.
  • Supervises the work of QC painting inspectors to ensure the proper implementation of
their responsibilities.
  • Check and control the curing time of steel surface painted.
  • Follows up on the blasting and painting activities of steel structures to meet the client
specification & standards.
  • Sets a good example to his subordinates by following HSE policies and procedures.
  • Provides HSE instructions & safety awareness to his subordinates in coordination with
the HSE department.
  • Raise the inspection report and NCR to his Engineer if any defected items and reported to
his supervisors.
  • Participate with painting supplier to conduct painting technical tests.
Candidate Profile: ITI/Diploma, 8 Yrs Exp as Foreman in Blasting & Painting or Engineering Degree with 4 yrs exp]Additional TrainingProfessional training & certificates in Inspection Activities painting (BGAS or NACE)Excellent Salaries, 8 Hours Duty + 2 Hours Compulsory Overtime + Food + Accommodation & Medical , Insurance, Local Transportation & all other terms & conditions as per Saudi Labour Law.This Vacancy is for Indian Male Citizens only, Indian Passport Holders with ECNR.
