Urgent Hiring for Senior Production Manager Profile - Senior Production Manager Salary - Salary as per industry norms Location - Parwanoo / Baddi , Himachal Pradesh Industry - FMCG (Chocolate Manufacturer) Qualification - Degree in food technology / production Experience - Min 5 to 10 years experience NOTE - Age below 45 years Job Description - To lead , direct , and control the day - to - day activities of the FMCG factory , located in HP , and to achieve operating objectives Responsible for activities such as manufacturing , cost control , quality control , supply and logistics , distribution , accounting , employee relations and administration. Job Responsibilities: 1. Complete responsibility for the factory operations: - Set and monitor the performance of the plant against standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing and operating efficiency , quality , cost control , administration efficiency , legal compliance , inventory control , finished goods distribution , and human resource management. - Responsible for meeting established operating budgets; monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources , prioritize spending , and achieve volume , quality , and manufacturing standards. 2. Supporting responsibilities: Essential Skills: Good people management and production of Chocolates - Should similar experience in a FMCG factory - Should have experience of Chocolate production Should have managed all aspects of manufacture independently.
