Job Description

Candidates must have experience in Auto industries

  • MIS Reporting, Team management
  • Maintenance of the Companys Audit program.
  • Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
  • Completion of Target within the framed time limit.
  • Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
  • Generating various statutory reports.
  • Manage and coordinate effective cost control systems
  • Ensure the completion and submission of statutory compliances.
  • Supervision of Various claims such as Insurance claims, Warranty claims, Warehouse claims.
  • Keeping track of Sales and purchase according to the company norms.
  • Warehouse maintenance.
MANAGEMENT :-
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Experience of leading multi-discipline teams and working with external bodies.
  • Developing and motivating teams to do better.
  • Always driving for continuous improvement of performance.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations as they arise.
  • Good understanding of Humans Resources.
  • PERSONAL :-
  • Having a hands on attitude to all work related and managerial issues.
  • Approachable with a friendly outgoing personality.
  • Extensive PC skills including MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel.
