SALES JOB DESCRIPTION Job Requirements

  • Prospecting: Searching for customers and channel sales partners for selling the companys products
  • Targeting: Deciding how to allocate time among the prospects and customers
  • Communicating: Communicating information about the companys products and services
  • Selling: Approaching, presenting, answering objections and closing sales
  • Servicing: Providing after sales services to customers, rendering technical assistance, expediting delivery
  • Information Gathering: Conducting market research and intelligence work through feedback from customers
  • Marketing: Marketing and advertising campaigns, organising product exhibitions
Skill Requirements
  • Good Communication good listening skills, ability to build relationship with customers
  • Positive Attitude & Enthusiasm handling rejections and objections positively
  • Research Oriented & Investigative customer requirements, existing competition
  • Objection Handling after sales service, finding cause of customer dissatisfaction
  • Presentation Skills ability to present company profile and products
  • Personal Skills familiarity with agriculture machinery, rural marketing, B2B channel development & sales
  • Ability to Travel Rural Travel and interaction at grass roots level
Basic Requirements
  • Male, preferably own two wheeler
  • Good Knowledge of Bengali & Hindi Graduate (can be relaxed for relevant experience)
