Exp of Nickel Plating , powder coating , production efficiently Handling of all chemicals process such as Electro less Nickel, Zinc, Copper, Silver, Tin & Hard Chrome etc. Managing Lab Quality activities jobs & managing ETP, Problem Solving Tools, Co-ordination with other agencies like Stores Knowledge in SAP(QM ,Production& MM) Responsible on all plating issue (process / quality related). Ensure plated copper molds meet the quality targets set by customers. Overall cost control and reduction in chemical inventory and maintenance. ISO documentation Plan and and perform in-process and final inspection for quality Preparing Quality documents as per Quality manual New plating process development.
