Job Description

To plan, design, optimize IP services and solutions of different technologies & vendors through liaising with different business domains to capture business requirements and customer s needs, the role include leading and managing virtual technology teams during the design and implementation of the new services and solutions, leading solution assurance with other technology domains throughout delivery phase and provide support for technology operations teams after new services and solutions are transitioned to operations.Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

To lead the technical assessment, planning and design of IP & Security solutions in a consistent way with the department product catalogue, strategy and architecture
Capturing customer/business requirements and analyzing those requirements from a technical feasibility point of view
Leading and managing virtual technology teams, managing different stakeholders from business, technology, operators during solution design and implementation phases.
Act as the main technical representative of the project team and competence area to all stakeholders, including the customer and Technology management.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

5-8 years of experience in Integration, IP & Security Planning and design within a mobile operating company or service provider.
Background in mobile and/or fixed network technology (design, implementation and roll out of services).
Presale support including network design and Solution proposal
Track record of solution design in a telecoms environment.
Ability to develop workable product solutions to address the strategic imperatives of the business.

Key performance indicators:

Quality of solutions and services design measured by fulfilling customer/business requirements and the reliability, usability of solutions and services when turning to live.
Meeting delivery timelines while providing excellent communication and regular reporting to management and stakeholders about status and progress throughout delivery.
Customers satisfaction measured by partners and customers regular satisfaction survey get NPD score 9/10.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Bachelor degree in electronic/telecommunications engineering.
Deep understanding of protocols and products in mobile networks: GSM, 3G
Deep understanding of protocols and products in IPBackbone & Security: RIP, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, ISIS, BGPv4 & MP-BGP, LDP, RSVP, MPLS, MPLS TE ,L3VPNS, L2VPNs (ATOM,VPLS), Inter-AS MPLS and CsC,
Quality of Service.
CCNP / CCIP certification and/or equivalent certification in Juniper. It is preferred to have professional certificates in both
Hands On Experience in Cisco And Juniper Solutions as well as Fortinet FW & load balancers
Deep Knowledgein Security Technologies.
International experience desirable (working internationally and / or working with global solutions)
