Job Description

    1.Age- 24 - 35yrs.2.Married Males & Females( Preferably Females). Single can be seen.3.Graduates & equivalent3 yrs. Diploma is a mandate.( 10+2+3 Mandatory -No Deviation)4.Currently Working candidates are preferred. However, we can also look for candidates who have gap of 4 to 6 months .5.Should have exposure to Recruiting of Agents/dealers/distributors or similar background6.1+Yrs. of field sales experience line sales experience.7.Locals with 2 wheelers8.CTC:Min 4.75 & Max 5.50Role: Agent Recruitment Agent Development Meeting Business targetsKey Responsibilities: Agent Recruitment Develop various sources of agent hiring& build a team of agent & agent pipeline.Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring Follow agent 9 pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring norms Agent Development Ensure product knowledge by MLI ways of training Field demonstration (FODs)Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits. Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals. Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same Meet Business TargetsAchievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans. Improve agent productivity & persistence by regular PRP/IID/GID etc Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.
