1. Channel Management(a) Achieve the sales budgets set for the location.(b) Build and manage direct and indirect sourcing channels.(c) Manage profitability Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels.(d) Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets2. Collections(a) Be the owner of Collections for the accounts for the territory handled.(b) Handle on-ground collection process.(c) Manage delinquency related parameters and ensuring are within triggers for territory handled3. Performance Management(a) Monitor competitor sales strategy and suggest plans to senior management for improvement.(b) Monitor Volumes, Productivity, COA, Yield, Cross Sell penetration, Channel Mix.(c) Sanction Rate and Disbursal Rate.4. Governance and Compliance(a) Implement processes as per policy& educate.(b) Ensure and check that policies and standards are being implemented at the ground level.(c) Ensure that the recommended process of appointment, management and review of the Channel partner is being followed .5.Knowledge & Skills Required :Should be well versed with Secured Lending products.Have worked with SMEs and in depth knowledge of different kind of Machinery.Should have knowledge about local market.Knowledge of Manufacturing industries /Machineries would be preferred.,
