Position:Area Sales Manager- Key AccountsPrevious Work Experience: 1- 4 years of Sales experienceAge:Not more than 27 yearsQualification:MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 InstitutesCTC:10 12 LPAJob Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 5-8 territory sales managers
Responsible for 4- 5 Cr. of sales in the given city/state
Market size estimation of key industry segments at city/state level
Build a relationship with Potential customers & Facility Management companies
Recruit & build a team of motivated young TSMs leading by example
Plan and execute sales strategies in the given area
Get industry insights to develop smarter solutions in co-ordination with Technical experts
