Job Description

    Job Title: Back Office Executive - Office & Godown ManagementLocation: BhattarDepartment: Back Office & GodownReporting to: OwnerJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage operations at our hardware back office and godown. The role involves supporting the billing team with vendor and customer invoices, managing godown inventory, following up on payments, placing orders for scarce goods, and ensuring efficient dispatch processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to fostering a positive company culture.Key Responsibilities:
    • Billing Support:
      • Assist the billing team by verifying vendor and customer invoices.
      • Ensure accuracy of billing documents and report discrepancies promptly.
    • Payment Follow-up:
      • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
      • Maintain a detailed record of payment statuses and coordinate with the finance team.
    • Godown Management:
      • Manage day-to-day operations of the godown, including organizing inventory.
      • Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of scarce goods.
      • Place orders with vendor companies for out-of-stock or low-supply items.
    • Product Dispatch & Returns:
      • Oversee the checking and dispatching of products to customers.
      • Minimize goods returns by ensuring product quality and order accuracy.
    • Vendor Relations:
      • Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
      • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and prompt responses.
    • CRM & Systems Management:
      • Update the CRM system regularly with customer and vendor data.
      • Track all communications and transactions to ensure accurate reporting.
    • Company Culture:
      • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
      • Assist in creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
