    You will begin in an individual contributors role, working in a teamof go-getters to help spread the Byjus way of Learning in your city. You would beshowcasing the unique Byjus way of Learning to students and parents and will beresponsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone.Sector: Sales, Business Development.Preferred Skill Sets:Skills Required:-Sales/Marketing, Inside Sales, Direct Sales, Field Sales, Convincing skills, Cold CallingHaving a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.Interested in mentoring and guiding students.Having a knack for salesGood interpersonal and presentation skills.Experienced Required:-0-5 yrs into Sales/E-Learning / EdTechWorking Days:-5 Days in Week (Monday & Tuesday Off)Languages Required:-English, Hindi, Gujarati and other languages will be an added advantageAcademicQualification: AnyGraduation/ Post Grad Degree, MBATraining: All selected candidates will be part of a 1.5/2 month training process underthe Business Development Trainee profile. On successful completion of trainingCandidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA)Travel Facility will be provided by the company for client visit Purpose only.BDT duration :1.5 monthsBDT:INR 25000 per month + performance pay up to INR 2,00,000/- based on individual targets and performance numbersBDA Designation will be based on performance as a BDT and package will be around 10,000,00/- LPA.Fixed Component:- 700000/-Variables: 300000/-
