KEY PURPOSE To Manage team of Relationship Managers so as to deliver Sales & Distribution Key Performance Indicators and volume targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve and exceed business targets on a consistent basis, ensure compliance & correctness of proposal forms. Ensure specified quantity of prospect list generation. Fact finding and driving the presence, reach & penetration of ARLI products into specified target segments. Ensure daily adherence to Sales Management System / Customer Relationship Management system. Ensure adherence to Sales Processes and systems. Assist the Trainer to ensure certification within prescribed Service Level Agreements. ,
