Job Description

Achieving sales targets and revenue goals through the sale of Current Account and Savings Account products.
Responsible for acquiring new customers through various channels, including direct sales, referrals, and digital marketing.
Managing relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsible for managing and training a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Gathering market intelligence and providing feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
Identifying cross-selling opportunities and promoting other banking products and services to customers.
Responsible for preparing and submitting regular reports on sales performance, customer acquisition, and team performance.

Any Graduation / Post Graduation
3 to 6 Years of experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any domain
Banking/Finance and Insurance domain experience beneficial for us
Good Communication and presentations Skills
Banking Products Knowledge
