IndiaWorking: 5 Days a weekMajor Responsibilities Manage the uploading of all products, including product descriptions, technical data, productfeatures, product imagery, options, etc. Coordinate and research external sources for the collection of product and industryinformation. Verify and ensure that product information is properly displayed and presented Align with key stakeholders in learning and developing new opportunities Maintain database for website and selling platforms, (Amazon, Ebay,Etsy, Houzz, Sears,Walmart, etc.) such as creating product listings, data entry with digital photos Troubleshoot issues and monitor product listings. Be the go-to resource regarding a variety of eCommerce platforms like Magento, Shopify,WordPress, Amazon, Sears, Walmart Marketplace, etc. for the team Manage and implement changes on the clients Amazon Marketplace account and catalog(Seller Central and Vendor Central) Be the go-to resource for all Amazon-related issues Support the clients in the management of day-to-day operations of their Amazon businesswith an eye towards maintaining profitability and sales growth Carry out keyword research and SEO strategies that will be implemented to improve searchrank and visibility for the clients products and contentWork closely with internal teams to create optimized product listings across all theireCommerce platforms Manage execution of accurate product data across multiple eMarketplaces, including titles,descriptions, images, attributions, and pricing Report and escalate account issues to management as needed Gather performance data and help assemble reports for the clientSkills && ExpertiseBachelors Degree in Computer Application or Graphic Design Knowledge of eCommerce practices && strategies Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal communication skills Ability to maintain high level of organization Reliable, responsible, and dependable Astute attention to detail and accuracy Confident, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility Able to use ones own judgement, take initiative, and make day-to-day decisions Accessible, attentive, observant, and able to identify and defuse any issues that wouldnegatively impact the team At least 2-3 years relevant work eCommerce experience with Magento, Shopify and otherleading ecommerce platforms Experience in online merchandising Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data analytics tools Advanced Excel and Microsoft office skills are required eCommerce experience HTML experience is required Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Knowledge of online marketplaces in USA including Amazon (Seller and Vendor Central) 1+ years experience with Amazon Vendor and Amazon Seller Central is a plus Understanding of product listing management across marketplaces platforms like Sears,Rakuten, Walmart, Houzz, and others
