Job Description

Industrial Relation / Personnel: Maintain all the records & registers under various labour laws i.e. E.P.F & Misc. Prov. act-1952, ESIC act- 1948, Contract Labour Reg. & Abol. act -1970, Payment of Bonus Act-1965, Minimum Wages Act-1948, Workmens Compensation act 1923 and other Legal compliances.Clear the audit of all the contractors manpower payments and statutory inspection under the various laws by internal auditors and external authorities and contract workers wage / salary administration.To assist the management in all activities relating to payroll as budgeted by top management and the maintenance of personnel records for overall control of HRIS.To ensure that all statutory obligations, relating to the personnel function are met and maintained, effective liaison with the government labour authorities and other government authorities established under the labour laws.

  • Manpower and Compensation benefit planning of contract manpower.
  • Monthly and Annual reports on all the legal compliances
  • Verifying Attendance Muster / Wage muster
  • Monitoring statutory compliances payment of contractors workers.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare activities.
  • Redressal of employees grievances for healthy environment.
  • To do monthly audit of all statutory record of Contractors
  • Budget & MIS
