Manager Operations - Transform Solution Description: Manager Operations Experience Required: 6+ years Job Location: Surat Contribute to short and long -term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business functions. Manages overall personnel, performance, daily operations and discipline of the assigned team Ensure operational processes are in line with operations methodology by performing periodic audits, scanning various sources including but not limited to dashboards, audit observations, troubled account list, action plan trackers, etc Lead the teams to deliver on desired results and acts in tandem with HR policies. Provide direction to staff; ensure resolution of problems; sets priorities Responsible for managing the entire team ensure training for them Drive specific improvement projects as required by Management Team from time to time Implement and act in accordance with the organizations information security policy. Report breach of security events or other security risks to the organization Conduct assessments based on organizational excellence models in operations, facilitate action planning, reporting and closure Drive the team ensure all the operations happen as per SOP, SLA TAT without any error. Responsible for Relationship Management with the Client address issues promptly. Quality Lean Six Sigma application for building efficiency within the processes. Responsible for Internal External Audit. Provide required reports inputs to senior management Assist / Facilitate critical improvement projects in Operations with Team Leaders Post graduate preferably in MBA Operations / Management. A minimum of 6 -9 years of relevant experience managing operations. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Experience leading a large team of resources. Proven track record of delivering on multiple projects involving large teams (100+). Exposure to process improvement /quality control tools and methods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to prioritize in complex, fast -paced environment. Proficiency in MS -Office. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Analytical Skill, ability to interpret data, ability to explain data to others Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to look at situations from several points of view Delegate responsibilities effectively Project Management experience Change Leader. Proven leader with ability to influence decisions and partner with client in executing the strategic transformation initiatives.
